General terms and conditions of sale

Prices
All prices are per piece excl. VAT. Quotations are valid for 30 days.


Freight & Handling
Hofft ApS decides on freight method and freight company. Pallets and packages are calculated from existing tariffs. Delivery time 1-2 weekdays.


Terms of payment
Payment according to agreement. All delivered goods is the property of Hofft ApS until payment has been made.


Reminder fee
Reminder fee of DKK 300,- is added at overdue payment. An interest of 1% is added per commenced month.


Complaints
Following the Danish law, allproducts comes with a 2-year period of consumer protection legislation. Damages caused by freight must be reported immediately after the receipt. All other complaints must be reported within 8 Days after the receipt. Products with defects are commuted or repaired by evaluation of Hofft ApS. Expenses caused by defects of a product such as, but not restricted to, expenses for installation etc. are not refunded.


Warranty
All products purchased from Hofft ApS are covered by a statutory warranty of conformity of 24months from the date of delivery. Any lack of conformity that occurs within 24months from the date of purchase of the goods must be reported within 2 months from the date of discovery of the defect.


Returned goods
Goods purchased from Hofft ApS cannot be returned without written permission from Hofft ApS. Special orders are not returned. Freight for returning the goods is not refunded. If there is agreement of a refunding of the goods, the goods must be refunded undamaged and in original and intact packaging.

Hofft ApS is not responsible for printing errors and reserve the right to make changes to prices, taxes and product specifications without prior notice.


Intellectual Property
All intellectual property including, but not restricted to, design, presentations, drawings and light calculations are the property of Hofft ApS. This material is not to be passed on without prior written agreement from Hofft ApS.


‍Ordering of goods
Goods are ordering by sales personnel by mail, phone or fax.


Invoices
All invoices are send by mail.
